Good hotel, good location, rooms are clean and staff is nice

Food is not so great, and you have to ask a room with window, even if you booked a "superior room". About staff, telling "we are a family" is not enough... But actually staff is ok

The location here is perfect, right next to the Backpackers area, and the room is brand-new, spacious with a beautiful view of the skyline.

Well-maintained facility, very friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, abundant buffet, staff's availability and kindness. Everything was fantastic.

Marvellous location in the city centre, and 5 minute walk from Backpackers area. Also - close enough to lively Saigon center as well as Bui Vien Street...

All in all, it's gorgeous place that has top-class and caring staff from the doorman to the receptionist. Plus, the location is perfect and magnificent, minutes from Pham Ngu Lao Street. It is found in an excellent area.

The interior is not that attractive.

Cheap is its most advantage. The location is OK as it is located in the heart of backpacker area. The lady receptionists were nice and helpful.

I had my breakfast around 915am, however, food was not refilled. The room was acceptable but the air-conditioner was too nosie. No fan in washroom.

This place is cozy and nice, and the staff are so friendly starting from the doorman to the receptionist. They allow early check-in and late check-out 🌟.

The friendly and helpful staff are the best feature of this hotel. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The rooms are okay and the breakfast is pretty average, but the staff make it a worthwhile place to stay.

Rooms at the front of the hotel, such as the one I had, tend to suffer quite a bit from road noise and I found the bathroom quite awkward and not very pleasant to use.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and absolutely fabulous with incredibly nice staff from the doorman to the receptionist. the breakfast is tasty and enjoyable, and the location is incredible near bars, restaurants, markets, and a number of attractions all within walking distance.
